What is the price of the Hymalaia platform per user?

We offer a per-user plan at €50 per month, with:
- Minimum 12-month commitment
- Unlimited prompts, agents, and conversations, as long as usage is performed by humans
- 100 hours of recording included per user per month (with the possibility to increase this quota under certain conditions)

This plan is ideal for teams who want to use the Hymalaia AI platform daily (AI work, AI agents, internal copilots, etc.) with a fixed and predictable cost.

Is it possible to commit for less than 12 months?

Yes, it is possible to subscribe for shorter periods (3 months or 1 month).

However:

- A commitment of less than 12 months implies an increase in the price per user
- The price depends on the plan duration and negotiated terms

This flexibility allows you to test the AI platform on a more limited scope or for a short period, before a longer commitment.

What is unlimited in the per-user plan?

In the plan at €50 per user per month (over 12 months):
- The number of prompts is unlimited
- The number of AI agents you can create is unlimited
- The number of conversations is unlimited
- These uses must be performed by humans (human use of the platform, not massive automated machine use).


The goal is to allow your teams to work with AI on a daily basis without worrying about a limit on requests or conversations.

How does the recording limit (100 hours) work?

Each user has 100 hours of recording included per month.

- This limit covers, for example, meeting recordings, calls, work sessions, etc.
- Beyond these 100 hours, it is possible to increase the quota under certain conditions (option or supplement, depending on your need).


We can customise this limit based on your usage volume and your use case (high audio/video consumption, for instance)

Do you offer usage-based / consumption-based pricing?

Yes, in addition to per-user pricing, we offer a usage-based plan.

It consists of:
- A platform access cost, with a 12-month commitment
- Consumption-based billing based on:
1. The language model (LLM) used
2. The volume of requests / tokens / API calls
3. Monthly billing based on actual usage


This plan is particularly suitable if you want:

- Full API integration into your products or systems
- Use by any type of user (internal, external, customers)
- Fine scalability based on your AI usage volumes.

Does the usage-based plan allow usage only via API or also via the interface?

The usage-based plan is flexible:

- You can use the platform in full API mode (integration into your applications, workflows, products, etc.)
- You can also use it via the standard Hymalaia user interface
- Or combine both: API + interface, depending on your needs


In all cases, billing remains linked to actual consumption, based on the AI models used and volumes.

What are the prerequisites for subscribing to Hymalaia (number of users, storage, etc.)?

For both pricing models (per user and usage-based), the standard conditions are:

- Minimum of 10 users to subscribe to the platform
- 1 GB of storage per user included
- SaaS deployment on Hymalaia's reference environment


These conditions guarantee a standardised, secure, and high-performance deployment of the AI platform.

Is on-premises or alternative cloud deployment possible?

Yes, on-premises deployment or deployment on a cloud different from Hymalaia's reference environment is possible.


However:
- This type of deployment requires a specific service (dedicated project)
- It is not included in the standard price presented (€50/user or usage-based plan)
- Custom pricing is provided based on your infrastructure, security constraints, and needs (compliance, sovereignty, etc.)


This option is particularly interesting for organisations with strong security, compliance, or data localisation requirements.

Which language model (LLM) is included in the price? Can I use several LLMs?

The Hymalaia platform works with the LLM of your choice, within the supported options.


- One LLM is included in the standard plan
- It is possible to connect and use multiple LLMs under certain conditions (technical, contractual, and cost-related)


This allows you to:

- Choose the best AI model based on your use cases (text generation, RAG, agents, etc.)
- Mix multiple LLMs (for example: a generalist model + a specialized model + an internal model)
- Optimise the cost / performance / compliance ratio of your AI stack

Is the pricing adapted to an AI work / AI agents platform in the enterprise?

Yes, Hymalaia pricing is designed to:
- Deploy an AI work platform for your teams (AI agents, copilots, task automation, RAG, etc.)
- Offer a transparent price for internal users (per-user plan)
- Manage intensive or B2B2C use cases via the usage-based plan (full API, high volume)
- Support multiple LLMs and SaaS, on-premises, or dedicated cloud deployment according to your needs
